We are the owners of the "Boutique Hotel Placa" in the town of Krk and organise a diversified programme of leisure activities for our visitors on the island of Krk.
On the basis of a turnkey contract, we offer an inclusive property development service in accordance with the client’s preferences: from plot search and obtaining the required documentation to fitting and furnishing.
The "Boutique Hotel Placa" is located in the very centre of the town of Krk, 20 metres from the main square and only 250 metres from the beach. The modern interior beautifully matches the warm old stone house and surrounding environment.
A well-preserved Roman mosaic serves as a reminder of the Roman spa that used to be on this spot.
Old town cottage
Another successful adaptation project was successfully completed. The old stone house from the late 19th century in the old town of Krk was adapted into one of the most beautiful town houses. In 90 m2 we have a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, wine cooler, induction cooker, oven and dishwasher), dining table from original stone oil bowl, living room with billiard, wc and space with washing machine and tumble dryer and an outer paved area with a table and chairs. Upstairs are two bedrooms, each room with its own bathroom, and a smaller terrace.
